Are there any connecting rooms?   Our Placiente Twin and Royal Suite rooms are the only connecting rooms available on the premises. For guests who reserve more than two guest rooms, we try our best to assign rooms as close as possible. What kind of amenities* do you have in your guest rooms?   Shampoo, rinse, liquid body soap, comb, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton pads, hair band, shower cap, bath herbs, hair dryer and others. * Subject to change without notice Can I book a special type of room?   We will do our best to meet your request. They will be honored based upon availability. Do guest rooms have Internet connections?   Yes, you can hook up your computer and modular cables to our phone lines* and access the Internet. * Room phone becomes inoperable when accessing the Internet. What happens when I book a triple or quadruple reservation?   A sofa(102x178cm) and extra bed(92x195cm) will be provided in a twin room for triple or quadruple bookings. Do you have non-smoking rooms?   Yes. We have non-smoking rooms available. Please put in your request when booking your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate you. Are there cleansing toilets (warm water) in the rooms?   Yes, cleansing toilets (warm water) are installed in every room. How big are your guest room beds?   All of our guest rooms are twins and houses 120cm x 197cm beds. What is your guestroom voltage?   Our guestroom voltage is 110 volts.

Are children allowed in restaurants?   Yes. Special menus are also available for children. Can I book a restaurant reservation online?   We accept inquiries and table vacancies and reservations by phone. Are there private dining rooms at the restaurant?   A 25-seat tatami room & 6-table seat Japanese Restaurant, a 12-seat room for Brasserie and a 16-seat room for Chinese Restaurant are available for our guests.

How far is it to the beach?   Stroll through our garden pool and you'll find the beach right in front of you. Is the beach open all-year round?   The summer season in Okinawa is usually from April - October. Swimming is also possible in March and November if the weather allows. I'm planning to dive during my stay. Can I make reservations through your hotel?   Yes. A local dive shop provides diving menus and pick-up services for our guests.

Can I send packages from the hotel?   Yes. For mainland Japan deliveries, a courier service can deliver the items that you bought or your personal baggage in two or three days. Visit our delivery counter located in Shop Mercado. * Some restrictions may apply to overseas delivery.

My birthday is coming up during my stay. Do you have any birthday specials*?   A birthday cake (9cm), champagne (half bottle), a 50% discount field sports coupon and 10% discount coupon of shop are available for guests celebrating their birthday at Alivila. * Available till Oct 31, 2008. Reservations required. * Fee: 3,500 yen (tax included). Can I book my air tickets when I make my hotel reservation?   Please book air tickets at Japan Airlines website. -Website: http://www.jal.co.jp/en/ Is it possible to send my luggage beforehand?   Yes. Please fill out your name and arrival date on the delivery form and send them addressed to our bell counter. We will hold onto your luggage until your arrival. Can I make aesthetic reservations beforehand?   Yes, we accept reservations by phone. Are there any laundry machines at Alivila?   Yes. There are two laundromats with coin-operated washing machines and dryers installed on the Garden Floor.

How can I get to Alivila from the airport?   Taxis:60 minutes (7,000 to 8,000 yen) by taxi. Car Rentals: Available at Naha Airport. Please look for car rental desks at the airport. Airport Limousine Buses:90 minutes (adult one way: 1,080 yen, child one way: 540 yen, rates as of 4/1/2007) * For more information, call Airport Bus Information Center at 098-869-3301 (8:00-17:30) Can I rent a car at the hotel?   Yes. The Japaren rental car desk accepts reservations at the hotel. (hours of operation vary according to season) *An international driver's license and a passport are required for international visitors. Do you have parking lots?   Yes. We provide parking lots for our guests free of charge.

Can I use JAL coupons?   Yes. You can use these coupons for room reservations and at our restaurants. For room reservations, coupons apply when room reservations are made only through the hotel. They do not apply when room reservations are made through travel agencies. Do you accept credit cards*?   Yes, we accept JAL,VISA, JCB,AMEX, Diners Club, UC,DC, NICOS,OMC, UFJ, ORICO, Saison, KYODO, Aeon Card and Debit Card. * Lump-sum payments only. Two-time, bonus month and revolving payments are not accepted.

Do you have day-care facilities or similar services at the hotel?   We do not have a day-care facility in our hotel. if you wish to use a day-care facility, we recommend the "Kirin Nursery School", which is about a 10 minute drive away from our hotel. For further information, please contact the nursery directly at 098-956-9061. Do you have baby beds or baby carts?   Yes. We have baby beds and baby carts free of charge. (reservations required) Bed size: 120 cm x 70 cm Baby carts: Type A or B Do you sell baby necessities at the hotel?   Yes. Diapers, baby oil, lotion, baby wipes and baby food are available at the Convenience Store on the Garden Floor. Are there any hospitals near the hotel?   Yes.
