One Harmony会員プログラム改定に伴うシステムメンテナンスのお知らせ

平素よりオークラ ニッコー ホテルズをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
2026年3月23日よりOne Harmony会員プログラム改定に伴い、下記期間中、会員向けサービスを一時停止いたします。
Thank you for your continued patronage of Okura Nikko Hotels. Due to the revamp of the One Harmony membership program, member services will be temporarily suspended during the following period.

メンテナンス期間 Maintenance Period
2026年3月23日午前0時 ～
※メンテナンス終了後 One Harmony 公式サイトでお知らせするとともに、順次サービスを再開いたします。
From 12:00 a.m. (JST), March 23, 2026
Services will resume as soon as maintenance is completed.

停止するサービス Services Unavailable During Maintenance
・会員アカウントへのサインイン
（ポイント残高等の確認、ご登録情報の追加・変更などがご利用いただけません）
・新規のご入会
・ポイント交換（期間中のホテルご利用分のポイントにつきましては、通常より積算にお時間をいただく場合がございます）
・会員料金での宿泊予約および予約内容の変更
During the maintenance period, sign-in will be suspended. As a result, the following services will not be available:
Point redemption
Points for eligible stays will continue to be credited as usual.
New member registration
Member-rate reservations and reservation changes

メンテナンス期間中のご予約について Reservations During the Maintenance Period
システムメンテナンス期間中は、会員料金でのご予約ができなくなりますので、メンテナンス期間前にご予約いただければ幸いでございます。会員の皆様にはご不便をおかけしまして、誠に申し訳ございません。
なお、システムメンテナンス中に一般料金でご予約された場合においても、チェックインの際に OneHarmony 会員である旨をお申し付けいただけましたら、会員料金の設定がない宿泊プランおよび事前に支払いがお済みの宿泊プランを除き、会員料金を適用させていただきますので、よろしくお願い申し上げます。また、すでにご予約済みの宿泊については、予約番号とメールアドレスにて確認・キャンセルが可能です。
Member-rate reservations will not be available online during the system maintenance period. Even if you make a reservation at the regular rate during the system maintenance period, we will apply the member rate at check-in, provided that you inform us of your membership status.
Please note that this does not apply to plans that do not offer member rates or to plans that have been prepaid. Thank you for your understanding.
You can check or cancel existing reservations using your email address and reservation number.
*Please note that during the maintenance period, the One Harmony Office and individual hotels will also be unable to assist with the above services.

ホテル宿泊予約システム変更のお知らせ

平素よりホテル日航アリビラをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
2026年3月23日よりホテル公式サイトからのご宿泊予約システムを変更させていただきます。つきましては、これまでの予約画面とデザインが異なりますこと、および変更前のご予約システムから予約いただいておりますお客様におかれましてはご予約の変更やキャンセルに関しまして別途ウェブサイトページ（下記リンクボタン）からとなりますことをご案内申し上げます。
※予約システムの変更はご宿泊のみのページとなります。航空券付き／レンタカー付きプランの予約ページの変更はございません。

Effective March 23, 2026, we will be updating the reservation system on our official website. Please note that the new reservation screen will have a different design from the previous one. Additionally, for guests who have made reservations using the previous system, any changes or cancellations must be processed via a separate webpage (link button below).
*Please note that this change applies only to the reservation page for room-only stays. There will be no changes to the reservation pages for packages that include airfare or car rentals.
